I am a fly fisherman, licensed guide in New York (NYSOGA) , certified casting instructor (Fly Fishers International - CI) and two time (current) IGFA world record holder. for Brown trout on 4lb class tippet and brown trout length on a fly rod.   I am available by appointment to guide or instruct in fly fishing or fly casting. Guided fishing or instruction is intended to be instructive and fun with a goal of helping individuals learn theory, background and techniques so that they can enjoy nature and the sport of fly fishing fully.

Days are characterized by a strong desire to communicate my own love of the outdoors and fly fishing via instructional techniques in the context of having fun and enjoying our time together.

I guide only limited days and by appointment only. Fly casting instruction would be in New York City’s Central Park and uses video as a learning tool.
